NO; both USERS and PROFESSIONALS will be able to use the platform for free, to navigate, publish their offers of professional services and quote quotes online in a fast and effective way.

Does it cost to hire services through MARCABRANDING?

YES; Users will be charged 21% national taxes on the amount due for the contracted service. For example, if you owe the professional US$300 in fees, 21% (US$63) in taxes will be added to the final invoice, bringing the total amount due to US$363.

Is the value returned for a payment made?

Depending on the analysis situation, it can be affirmative or negative.

NO; the contracts signed between the parties must be respected and the payments made will not be returned because the USER wishes to cancel a service.

YES; In case of non-compliance by the professional in the contracted services, the amount deposited will be refunded to the USER.

How are payments made?

Payment is made through the default Paypal payment platform or other platforms to be coordinated with the client, for example: bank transfer.

Is it necessary to be registered to request MARCABRANDING services?

YES; personal and contact data must be verified and registered in order to receive all communications and documentation of the contracted services process.

What happens if new services are added to the initially contracted service?

In this case, if the process is about to be completed, a new contract will be made with the professional. If the request has not been initiated within 24 hours, the contract may be adjusted by contacting the professional and informing them of the changes to the service.

When will an account be terminated?

When the reported data are not verifiable and true.

When communicating with the PROFESSIONAL, outside the platform to contract a previously requested service.

When harmful information is disseminated, affecting the professional, third parties and/or members of the community.

When the PROFESSIONAL is addressed with inappropriate language and disrespect.

Where will I receive notifications of my contracted services?

You will receive all email notifications, documents and status of your contracted services.

Can I cancel my account?

YES; you will be able to inform the definitive cancellation of the USER or temporarily of the account, as long as there are no current contracted services and/or balances pending payment.

Can I share the content of MARCABRANDING?
